No. All of your data is kept on your phone. Because of this, remember to use the import/export feature to regularly back up your responses.
Yes. If you want to share responses with family, friends or the general public you can simply export your data and the person you want to share with can import it. This might be useful for sharing responses between devices or loading up a family member with important information they can quickly access from their keyboard if they need to.
At this moment in time, in order to back your data up to the cloud simply export your responses on your settings page and choose or create a folder where you would like to save them in your iCloud account. We plan to add iCloud syncing to future versions but automatic syncing isn’t currently available.
Yes. You can install Creator Keyboard on your iPhone and iPad as long as they are on the same Apple ID.
Not at this time but we’ve loaded Thanks-O-Matic with 100 different ways to say thanks so you shouldn’t run out. However, if you have some favorites or want to modify what’s there you can make a “Thanks” folder if you’re using the pro plan and fill it with “Thanks” related responses you can use.
If you do that, I recommend turning on “Partition Responses” (pro feature) in your app Settings in order to keep your Responses list from getting filled with “Thanks” messages.

Yes. After the app is installed navigate to the settings page in the app. Then tap on “Upgrade to Pro”. If you look under the “Continue” button you’ll see “Restore purchases”. Tap that to activate Creator Keyboard Pro on your new device.
As a reminder make sure you’ve exported your responses on your previous device to iCloud so you can quickly import your data once you install the app on your new device.
We’re currently building complimentary browser extensions for Safari and Google Chrome but they are not available yet.
If you installed the app and redeemed your code but it didn’t unlock the pro features, all you need to do is press the button like you’re going to buy the app and it will automatically unlock the pro features for you.
Keep in mind, if it pops up the option to double click to purchase then your redemption code didn’t work. In that case contact me and I’ll get you sorted.
